Registration fees
Access to all sessions and all meeting activities is subject to registration.

The number of seats is limited to 30 per workshop.

Registration procedure
All participants must be registered and are highly advised to do so in advance.
- You can either download the registration form on PDF format and send it along with your payment to the Conference Secretariat. OR
- Click here to register online on a secure server by paying with your credit card (soon available)
Registration per phone is not possible. Registrants will receive the following confirmation via e-mail: an invoice and an acknowledgement letter recalling the information submitted on the registration form and including and the amount of VAT paid. This confirmation letter should be presented upon arrival at the Pre-registration counter if the account is settled or at On-site registration if a balance is still due.
Please note: after 6 April 2008, registrations via registration form will NOT be accepted any longer by the Congress Office BUT you will have, of course, the possibility to register on site.
Terms of payment
SIDEA AND ADIA Associations have given mandate to MCI for the organisation of the 3rd International Drug Hypersensitivity Meeting and therefore to act and receive fees on its behalf.
Name changes/modifications
A processing fee of 30€ will be charged for any change in registration except for name substitution, which will be considered as a new registration.
Cancellation policy for individual registration
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by surface mail or fax but not e-mail) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions. Reimbursement will be processed after the congress. Requests made after 1 June 2008 will not be considered.
Cancellation conditions for registration:
- Up to 10th January 2008: 100€ will be withheld for administrative fees
- Cancellations between 11th January and 1st March 2008:
reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid - After 1st March 2008: no refund
