Accommodation
Hotel rooms have been booked by the congress office for DHM3 participants in the vicinity of the congress venue.
To make a reservation, you can:

Early reservation is strongly recommended. All rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis
HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE : 1ST MARCH 2008
A one night deposit is required during booking and will automatically be deducted from the total amount of your hotel bill at check-out. A fixed rate of 20€ will be charged per reservation.

Room rates
All rates are indicated in Euros, per night and per room. Reservations must be made through the Congress Office to guarantee the indicated rates.
Please remember that:
- A “No Show” on the first night will automatically cancel the entire reservation and result in the loss of the deposit
- In case your arrival is delayed, the hotel must be informed
- No reservation will be made without the requested deposit
Cancellation policy for hotel reservation
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by surface mail or fax but not e-mail) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions:
- Up to 1st March 2008: the 20€ reservation fee will be withheld for administrative fees
- Cancellations received after 1st March 2008: no refund
